Autonomous Interception & Real-Time Embedded Control
Goal E is a high-speed embedded system designed for one purpose: total goal security.
The system utilizes an array of four ultrasonic sensors to triangulate the position of an incoming ball in real-time. This data is processed through a multitasking architecture that calculates the trajectory and drives a high-torque servo motor to intercept the shot before it crosses the line.
To bring the hardware to life, I developed a custom LabVIEW GUI that provides a "command center" view of the action, tracking sensor telemetry and system response as they happen. It’s a sophisticated solution for ensuring that, in this miniature arena, nothing gets past the keeper.
